Welcome to First Church of Christ, Scientist, Newburyport! The activities of our church are designed to inspire, bless and heal.

Our church, a branch of The First Church of Christ, Scientist in Boston, Massachusetts, is dedicated to making the teachings of the Bible practical in everyday life. Mary Baker Eddy, the discoverer and founder of Christian Science, wrote that she established the church, “to commemorate the word and works of our Master [Christ Jesus] which should reinstate primitive Christianity and its lost element of healing.”
